Position: Sr. ABAP CRM Consultantt

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6 Months

Background Check Required (Criminal Background Check/Credit Check/Drug Screen): Yes 

•  Consultant with Strong CRM Technical knowledge.
• Strong on ABAP Technical Knowledge
• Familiarity with Middleware settings, integrating both CRM & ECC for master and transactional data processing.
• Expertise in Service Management which includes Installed Base, Service Agreements, and Service Contracts, Field Service Management, Repair Order, Complaints, Work Order Management, Customer Service Order confirmation and CRM Billing Processes.
• Sound Knowledge of Business Processes, Order to Cash (OTC), Cross-Selling, Stock Transfer Order.
• Configuration of WebUI including Navigation Area, Work Centers, and Authorizations etc. based as per the Business Role.
• Good understanding of Business Processes includes areas of SD, MM Modules..

 Typical Years of Experience:

• Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience.
