Required
Technical/Functional Skills
· Experience in developing IVR applications or any third party IVR platforms using, Nuance, Java and VXML, Expert Java knowledge, RESTful web services, Tomcat administration; Nuance speech application development is a PLUS, Avaya Dialog Designer or Voice Portal experience.
· Supports may include bug fixes, patches, minor enhancements, and service request
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Experience in developing and deploying Cisco Nuance IVR system.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Java.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Technical resource that is responsible for tracking production issues and driving them to closure.
· Should have excellent technical skills to be able to check logs, code, and write code for bugs, enhancements.
· Should have good communication skills
· ability to communicate with other technical teams and line of business partners.
· Generic Managerial Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
