MUST be a strong Core Java candidate with strong middleware and backend experience. NO FRONT END. NO lead candidates, he wants hands-on developers.
Java skillset: Core Java 8 Years J2EE- 5 years Spring 5 years Java Design Patterns. 7 years Hibernate 5 years Data Cache Concepts MemCache, Hazelcast or any open source.
