ONLY LOCALS 
Rate is $35 per hour (NO OPTS, H4 EAD is fine)
Payroll OR HR experience would be plus

Job Title: QA Manual tester 
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Parsipanny, NJ

Job Description
Must Haves:
5-7 years of Manual Testing experience for Java enterprise applications
Experience creating test cases and test plans from scratch
Knowledge or previous experience in Payroll applications, or HR applications 
Experience using HP QC or ALM for testing 
RECENT experience in automation testing and scripting with QTP/UFT and VBscript 
Excellent communication skills 

Plusses: 
Experience with BPT (Business Process Testing)

Day to Day:
seeking a strong Manual QA Tester with previous experience testing Payroll or HR Applications for one of Fortune 500 Payroll clients. This project is centered around migrating clients in Canada to our client’s North American payroll systems. This will involve a lot of coding changes and immense amount of testing. The resource will be utilizing ALM to identify bugs/defects, and communicate the issues with the Pilot group and development teams.  On a daily basis, they will define and track QA metrics, and should be able to apply QA methodologies in an Agile environment. We are looking for someone that is comfortable writing and creating test cases and test plans from scratch. They should also have  working knowledge of automation scripting and/or business process testing (BPTs).
