Project Overview

•Good understanding of any ERP system

•Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector

•Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

•Proven facilitator of process, requirements and change management for complex projects

•An understanding of technical concepts, principles and terminology and to clearly state and summarize technical information.

•Self-motivated and well-organized with a positive attitude towards challenges and the ability to set and meet deadlines

•Enthusiasm to participate or lead in a team based culture across multiple NY geographies to meet challenging deadlines in a fast paced environment

•Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

•Strong knowledge and experience using the basic Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

•Willingness to travel within NY state

•SAP Project experience

Education and Certifications                          

 

•Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline.  An advanced degree is preferred

•Project Management Certification is preferred

•Minimum 8 years (or a minimum of 10 years of directly related experience for non-degree holders) of   increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing various projects
