Description: |
We are seeking for Senior Service Now Administrator (SME) who will be responsible for core system configuration, he will work closely with teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for Service Now configuration, implementation and support and also has an understanding of Service Now functionality and how all ITIL processes can be implemented in Service Now.
Good working knowledge on Incident Management, Change Management, Problem, Outage, Asset Management, CMDB Management, Service Catalog, HR, and Problem Management modules.
Major Job Duties:
· Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Soap, XML. · Must Have - Rest Integration capability knowledge. · Gathering and documenting user and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements. · Developing / Configure Workflow customizations, and supporting. · Facilitate rollout of new applications and modules. · Facilitate on boarding of new clients on the Service Now platform. · Participate in ongoing production support and end user support. |
