Role: Financial Java Developer

LOCATION: New York, NY

Duration: 12 Month Contract

 

MUST HAVE:

·          Strong server side Java and Knowledge of Java 8.

·          Looking for 7 years + experience

·          Must have experience working on trading systems and messaging architectures.

·          Must be a hands-on Sr. Developer and strong design skills.

·          Trading / Real-Time Project Experience

·          Must be able to work without supervision and globally distributed teams.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·          Candidate will be responsible for designing and developing server side trading and messaging components for a foreign exchange transaction processing system.

·          Components will implement both business transaction processing logic and core messaging infrastructure and utilities.

·          All development will be in java.

·          Development duties will include system design, class design, component implementation, and development of unit and integration tests.

·          Candidate will work with QA teams to develop test plans.

·          Candidate will be responsible for developing scripts for build and deployment of components.

·          MUST have Strong server side Java and Knowledge of Java 8.

·          Must have experience working on trading systems and messaging architectures.

·          Must be a hands-on Sr. Developer and strong design skills.
