Description:
The candidates from the successful Offeror must demonstrate recent and relevant consulting experience of at least three (3) years in the following: Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2010 and newer, SharePoint Extranet, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and Windows Server/Active Directory environments. The candidates must demonstrate relevant experience in delivering complex business solutions to large, multi-disciplined companies or public agencies. This experience shall include expertise in understanding business needs and delivering an architectural framework that enables the customer to effectively apply technology to solve these business needs, as well as the ability to apply change management techniques to ensure successful implementation of the delivered product.
The successful Offeror shall be an active Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with the following current competencies:

Business Analysis/Design
A. Demonstrated five (5) years experience in the area of systems analysis and design and three (3) years experience in information systems, automation, or computer science with a minimum of two (2) years demonstrated experience with the Internet, object oriented design, and service oriented architecture.
B. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services products and technologies to include a minimum of two (2) years experience integrating SharePoint (2010 or newer) with SQL Server (2008 or newer) in a medium-sized SharePoint farm environment.
C. Professional experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, change management and/or usability issues.
D. Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills (Must be able to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously).
E. Bachelor of Science or Equivalent Degree (i.e. at the bachelor level) with a concentration in information systems, automation, or computer science.
Database Design/Programming
A. Demonstrated five (5) years experience in the area of relational database design and database programming, preferably SQL Server 2008 or newer.
B. Experience with SQL Server 2016 is preferred.
C. Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills (Must be able to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously).
D. Bachelor of Science or Equivalent Degree (i.e., at the bachelor level) with a concentration in information systems, automation, or computer science.
SharePoint Development and Support
A. At least two (2) years of full-time professional experience with MOSS 2010 and/or newer.
B. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services products and technologies to include a minimum of two (2) years experience integrating SharePoint with SQL Server in a medium-sized SharePoint farm environment. Ability to create reports from a wide range of data sources, ability to assist with automatic delivery of reports through subscriptions, and use charting capabilities of SSRS.
C. Minimum two (2) years experience in the following:
? IT administration involved in SharePoint installation, configuration, and maintenance;
? Experience with deployment and management of SharePoint architectures and solutions;
? IIS 7.0, DNS, Active Directory, and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or newer as these technologies relate to SharePoint;
A. Proficient with the infrastructure and security of Windows Server 2012 and newer;
B. Experience with business operations for IT, including data backup, restoration, and high availability; and
C. Windows PowerShell and command-line administration.
D. Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server: Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience with VSTS and TFS 2008.
E. Possess minimum of three (3) years of full-time professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or newer. Ability to configure and use SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and SQL Server Reporting Services to render reports in the proper formats (HTML, PDF, CSV, XML, and Image (TIFF) as well as Microsoft Office Word and Excel).
F. Hands-on knowledge and experience integrating SQL Server, Microsoft Performance Point Server, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), and integrating large object (LOB) data via the MOSS, Business Data Catalog (BDC), and Excel Services.
G. Programming Languages: Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in Microsoft development using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
H. Application Security Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in designing, developing and implementing Microsoft applications using the various embedded security features.
I. Computer Skills: Experience using word processing software; spreadsheet software; Internet software; and project management software.
J. Preferred Qualification Requirements
? Professional experience with MOSS 2016. Certification in MCTS: SharePoint 2010, Configuration or MCITP: SharePoint Administrator 2010/2016 preferred
? Professional experience with Microsoft Unified Access Gateway.
? XML Experience: Professional development experience with the Justice National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)
? Professional experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues.
? Proven experience working with and communicating with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
? Bachelor of Science or Equivalent Degree (i.e., at the bachelor level) with a concentration in information systems, automation, or computer science.
Web Service Development and Support
A. Possess at least three (3) years of full-time professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008.
B. Programming Languages: Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in Microsoft development using .NET, C #, and ASP.NET.
C. Must be knowledgeable of the development of XML Schema Definitions to include knowledge of the NIEM 2.0 XML Schema.
D. Bachelor of Science or Equivalent Degree (i.e. at the bachelor level) with a concentration in information systems, automation, or computer science.
SharePoint Training
A. Possess the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for MOSS certification, with at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience with MOSS 2010 and newer.
B. Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience as a professional information technology trainer.
C. Bachelor of Science or Equivalent Degree (i.e. at the bachelor level) with a concentration in information systems, automation, or computer science is desirable.
