Role: SAP SD/CS Consultant

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Malvern, PA

 

Required:

·         Consulting services (pre-demand work with limited scope, effort estimations and technical solution design for requests for

·         change referring to break-fixes and questions not limited to break-fixes)

·         Support for Incidents and requests

·         Provide initial effort indications for IT Change Requests

·         Problem Management

·         Tasks Master Data Changes

·         Perform Audit support, QMS process and fast track

·         Incident Management, ticket based dealing with operational problems

·         Standard regular monitoring tasks -Process monitoring, management of job monitoring

·         Coordination of application and platform health checks performed regularly on a quarterly base or as needed

·         Continued compliance assurance -Performs Service level management, Change management, Release and Deployment Management

·         Answering end user question

 

·         SAP Service Desk with working experience in FICO/SD/CS/MM Finance and Controlling Area includes (but not restricted to) modules and specific solutions like

·         CO (CO PA, RA…), FI ( AP, AR, FA, GL, SPL, Dispute Management…), PS, Tax Ware, credit Card

·         SERVICE RECIPIENT specific solution and add-on like IBM ICM, CoFax, Tax Automation Sales and Service Area includes (but not restricted to) modules and specific solutions like -SD (incl. Credit Card, KMAT, CLM, Real time RFC, OSIRIS…) -CS (incl. Revenue recognition) -MM (incl. WM)

·         SERVICE RECIPIENT specific solution and add-on like Lifenet, Ecommerce, Prism, SH@RE-Strong understanding of SAP's Sales & Distribution and Service Management modules.

 

·         At least five years' experience working in SAP AMS/Implementation projects.

·         At least 5 years of proven experience as a SD and SM team member in implementation, support and design projects

·         Needs to have experience in production support projects based on ITIL Methodology

·         Needs to have experience in scoping of projects and needs to be strong in creating innovative solutions based on business requirements -Experience with SAP EDI transactions in SD and SM area -Working experience in the following areas

·         Sales and Service Area includes (but not restricted to) modules and specific solutions like SD (incl. Credit Card, KMAT, CLM, Real time RFC, OSIRIS…)

·         CS (incl. Revenue recognition)

·         SERVICE RECIPIENT specific solution and add-on like Lifenet, Ecommerce, Prism, SH@RE

·         Domestic Order Management

·         Returns Processing

·         EVAL Processing

·         SAP-EDI Interfaces -Inventory Accounting (CSG / IKM / DX)

·         Customer Master -Vendor Master -Pricing -Sales Orders -Sales Contracts -Billing / Rev Rec -Integration to Logistics/FICO -SVc. Call Mgmt -Service Contracts
