Role: Oracle BPM Analyst

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Naperville Chicago, IL

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

·         Help Client Business team to covert BPM requirements into BPMN 2.0 using Oracle 12C Business Architecture & Business process composer tools and components.

·         Best practices and tools for BPM requirements gathering, documenting, colloboarting with development team, testing team. 

·         Strong experience in using Oracle 12C out of box tools for BPM modelling, collaborating with development team Using BPM Composer

·         Lead meetings with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit, clarify, and confirm business requirements

·         Identify process improvements and facilitate re-engineering of business process

·         Prepare Business Process Management (BPM) maps

·         Design user interface prototype screens and navigational flows

·         Define and groom user stories and acceptance criteria for business rules, outbound communication, reports, and input / output files.

·         Participate in phase planning and release planning for the current and future sprints

·         Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and, if required, throughout the duration of maintenance and support agreements
