· Create Business Requirements
· Obtain buy-in for proposed requirements
· Collaborate with the business and technology team to get the deliverables
· Responsible for documentation of an new requirement changes
· Responsible for identifying Gap Analysis
Necessary Skills
· Experience as a Business Analyst
· Create Business requirements
· Experience in Creating User Stories, Use Case Diagrams and User Specifications
· Experience as System Analysts
· Prepare Gap Analysis
· Expertise in collaborating with Business users, Cross functional Groups
· Excellent Communication and Project Management skills
· Good Interpersonal and Team management skills
Desired Skills
· Business Analyst Experience
· Experience in creating User Stories
· Project management skills a plus.
· Financial Services industry experience preferred.
