1. Required: 8+ years IT experience development, testing, and implementation of web applications.

2. Required: 5+ years working with Java/J2EE.

3. Required: 3+ years working experience with JQuery and Bootstrap.

4. Required:  Strong oral and written communication skills.

5. Required: 2+ years ORACLE, MS SQL Server and/or DB2 experience.

6. Desired:  1+ years working with Angular JS and REACT JS.

7. Desired:  2+ years ORACLE development experience.

8. Desired:  2+ years working with Crystal Reports.

9. Desired:  1+ years working with geospatial mapping technology.

10. Desired:  1+ years working with IBM RSA development IDE preferred.

11. Desired:  1+ years working with IBM Rational JAZZ, RTC or similar tool.
