Job Description:
The Department of Public Service – Pipeline Auditing System is being developed to automate and integrate where possible multiple existing systems supporting the functions of the Safety, Electric, Gas and Steam Section that support the gas pipeline safety audits function both in the office and out in the field.
The consultants will serve mobile devise application developer in the PAS Developer Team to design, develop and implement
Mobile applications with Xamarin Studio (iOS and Android)
Push Notifications (iOS and Android)
Object Oriented Design and Restful API’s
128-bit encryption storage and transmission (Text and images)
WEB and Rest Services (.Net/IIS)
Mobile Cloud Services
Solution for Enterprise and External Mobile Applications
Design and Modify system functionality per change request (.Net C#)
Mentor system development team
Assistance in development of software/hardware requirements for Development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production environment
Candidates should have at least 60 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:
