DESCRIPTION:
• Looking for Sr. Data Analyst to join Pharmacy
support team for triaging business and technical issues alongside with business
operations and vendors.
• Analyze relevant information from different
sources, including AS400, SQL database, Excel, and relational databases.
• Document and communicate recommendations to
management based on analysis.
• Maintain ,manage and document logic used in
report generation
• Promote a self-serve analytics culture for the
organization by educating partners on key reports, data, and interpretation
best practices.
• Perform other relevant duties as required or
assigned
A data analyst is a highly trained individual
that specializes in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various
resources · Primary tasks of this position are compilation and analysis of data
definitions, meaning, usage, labelling standards and other source system
information to produce IT consumable information · Data analyst often takes on
other additional roles. For one thing, he or she is expected to possess a
certain degree of technical expertise with automatic data collection and
reporting systems, including a capacity for program troubleshooting and system
security measures
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree and 5 years Information
Technology experience OR Technical Certification.
• Familiarity with SAS, or other data
accessing/manipulation/computational tools
• Advanced SQL skills ,Intermediate to advanced
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are also required.
• Proficient in data warehouse reporting and
query design
• JavaScript, Power BI and Tableau experience
preferred
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT
components
• Initiative to develop tools, data collection
processes, and data management systems
• Demonstrate diagnostic, problem solving and
analytical skills
• Proven ability to work productively and
efficiently in an independent setting
• Excellent written, verbal and social
communication skills with the ability to communicate and deal with all levels
in the organization in a clear, timely and effective manner
