QA Consultant with Kronos[Must Have Transport Industry Experience]

Deliverables
Experience with analyzing workforce scheduling, timekeeping, attendance and related processes for improvement using an automated system.
- Hands-on working experience with Kronos workforce management system.
- Interviews customers and different stakeholders to elicit requirements.
- Analyzes customer requirements and translates them into system requirements.
- Documents fine grain system requirements and tracks requirements to implementation.
- Reverse engineers system requirements from existing systems.
- Define requirements for software tools for developmental staff.
- Use software tools to gather requirements, analyze needs, identify risk, propose designs, write documentation and conduct financial analysis.
-Experience leading process improvement efforts around workforce management practices.
- Experience with large business transformation effort for back-office and logistical systems.
- Design and improve processes using software-aided business process capture.
- Review current documentation of as-is process related to the project.
- Assist with developing to-be-process for the related project.
- Document gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with collecting, analyzing requirements and recommendations from stakeholders for project implementation.
- Develop meaningful metrics for measurements for the related project.
- Evaluate current organizational structure roles, tools & repositories and make recommendation.
- Monthly Progress Report.
Supplemental Duties Experience with IBM Rational tool.
- Experience with Kronos workforce management tool
- Experience and expertise in Senior Management Consulting in a QA environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a project leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience establishing strong relationships with operational, IT and financial management.
- Experience with Transportation industry to develop quality metrics and measures around operation management and financial performance.
- Perform high caliber qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Ability to meet the requirements of the deliverables listed above.
- Ability to interview and engage with executive level clients to discuss major issues and develop options and alternatives that can be leveraged to address key challenges.
- Extended experience with performing root cause analysis
- Extended experience with developing roadmaps.
- Ability to assess and analyze trends and facts about issues by applying fact based analysis.
- Ability to discuss findings and recommendations with key executive leadership.
