Job Title: Firmware Developer

Location: Mountain View, CA (On-site – 5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and debug firmware using C and C++ in an on-site lab environment.
• Collaborate closely with silicon architects and hardware designers in a cross-functional team.
• Analyze system log files to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
• Design and run multiple tests to proactively identify and fix problems.
• Use tools like CMake and Git for firmware development and version control.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in firmware development.
• 8+ years of experience with C programming.
• 8+ years working in a Linux environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express).
• Proficient in using CMake and Git.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in a cross-functional engineering setting.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with silicon bring-up and hardware validation.
• Familiarity with low-level hardware-software integration.
