·         Ability to analyze legacy application by going through code

·         Should have been involved in Enhancement / Maintenance of Projects

·         Ability to work with client directly for collecting requirements / information’s

·         Exposure to retirement projects would added advantage

·         Knowledge in Oracle is Plus

·         Should possess good communication skills
