Informatica Administrator
Location is Reston, VA
DURATION: 6 Months
· Maintaining high availability of Informatica platform.
· Day to day administration activities like user creation, folder creation, configuring DB connections etc.
· Capacity planning and on-going monitoring (e.g. CPU, Memory, etc.) to proactively increase capacity as needed.
· Manage backup and security of the Infrastructure.
· Experience with installation and upgrade of Informatica PowerCenter in UNIX environment.
· Experience in installation and upgrade of Informatica B2B, IDQ & IDD, MDM would be a plus.
· Experience in setting up and maintaining Disaster Recovery environment.
· Migration of ETL objects from lower environment to production.
Skills needed:
· 7+ years of Informatica Experience.
· Must have experience working on IDR (Informatica Data Replication) – resume without this would not be considered.
· Must have experience working as an Administrator on Informatica 10.
· Having good knowledge & experience of configuring and maintaining servers with multiple nodes.
· Should have demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving any platform issues.
· Should be well versed with Unix commands.
· Should have good SQL knowledge.
· Should have strong hands on experience with Autosys scheduler.
· Must be proficient with UNIX commands, Shell Scripts, Code Deployment, Informatica Data Director (IDD) Deployment, User Management, Hot fix upgrade, Debug application issues
· Must have excellent co-ordination skills and must possess good communication and presentation skills.
Qlikview Developer
2 positions
Position 1 is for Somerset, NJ
Position 2 is for King of Prussia, PA
DURATION: 6 Months
· 8+ years of overall IT experience
· Design, develop QlikView scripts to import data from source systems and validate QlikView dashboards to meet customer requirements.
· Decipher Business requirements into QlikView reports.
· Design and develop AdHoc reporting capabilities.
· Perform quality coding to ensure QlikView server process continues to run and operate in the most efficient manner.
· Should be able to perform QlikView administration, development and testing.
· 2+ years of experience in developing Qlikview reports, high value-add solutions and performing administrative activities across a multi-environment Qlikview infrastructure
· Ability to write ETL from multiple sources into QlikView applications.
· Collaborate with business users and analyze user requirements
· Create architecture, functional & technical documentation related to Business Intelligence solutions
· Provide best practices, and standards required to deliver effective Qlikview solutions to clients
· Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
· Strong written/oral communication and presentation/interpersonal skills
· Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Experience in Oracle and PL/SQL is preferred.
