Job Description
At least 5 years of experience in working with Microsoft Technologies and on SharePoint platform.
Proficient in developing solutions for the .NET Framework in support of SharePoint Collaboration Technologies with SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS)/2010/2013 and Visual Studio development environment
Strong knowledge of C#/VB.net, ASP.NET, LINQ
Significant Experience with Front-end technologies such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and UI/UX
3-5 years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2010
Strong understanding of Solution Design (incl. DB Design), Workflow and Customized SharePoint applications
Significant understanding of Sharepoint farm architecture.
Experience in leading requirements gathering, estimation, High Level /detailed design, development, testing
Web Services experience with REST and SOAP, Silverlight, WPF, WCF is an added advantage.
Professional Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to facilitate communication and coordination with network users throughout the company
Attention to detail - Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with client engagement and expectation management
Preferred experience in leading small teams for application module design and development
Expertize in analyzing and troubleshooting issues at any part of data flow – from upstream systems to user’s reports
Experience with performance tuning of various components
Preferred experience in working with the offshore team in a Global Delivery Model
Provide client support, develop documentation and manage processes when changes occur
