·         Strong JBOSS Administration experience (clustering & performance tuning)

·         Installation/Configuration/Deployment

·         Migration from Weblogic to JBoss community version.

·         Experience with JDBC, JMS, WebServices, Security standards, LDAP, SSL is important

·         Strong experience working in clustered environments.

·         Knowledge of general Enterprise System Management software, performance analysis, capacity planning, system & data security, backup & recovery, networking communications

·         There will be opportunities to mentor other people.
