· Work as Support FA on the Contact Center Project.
· Responsible for CRM IC & RPA Support and CIP development
Skills:
· CRM IC & RPA FA - functional knowledge in the area of CRM Interaction Center.
· Need to have knowledge of CRM IC and the related master data (Ibase, Customer Master).
· Preference to have experience with CRM RPA functionality.
· Need to have knowledge of CRM Sales.
· Preferred integration knowledge of ECC Sales & Service and CRM Middleware
