Position 1:
Role: Seibel Architect
o Minimum 10+ years of experience working as a performance architect working in 2+ implementation cycles.
o At least 3+ years of similar experience on performance fine tuning on Siebel/Web applications with database backend
o Should possess architectural knowledge in Siebel CRM, Open UI, Mobility platform etc.
o Experience on Siebel CRM customization & application administration.
o Experience on fine tuning Oracle DB queries, including recommendations for creating indexes, suggesting better performing alternatives,
o Knowledge on using SQL query plan, monitoring db statistics
o Knowledge of Siebel data model and fine tuning configurations, scripts, workflow, including recommending alternate design
o Experience in fine tuning HTML/JS/Brower frameworks to improve UI performance, including fine tuning web servers
o Experience in capturing statistics on app server, web server, browser, remote machines, etc. to identify performance issues
o Correlating performance issues with fixes needed in Siebel objects, long running queries, DB changes, etc.
o Knowledge of best practices on database, application server, web server and browser and providing hands-on recommendations/solutions for achieving the same.
Position 2:
Role: Siebel Developer
o Have 5+ years of core Siebel technical hands on experience
o Strong knowledge in Siebel Advanced configuration, scripting and workflows. Expert in implementing complex workflows functionalities.
o Working knowledge in Order Management. Should have worked in at least one implementation in Siebel CRM in the above mentioned areas.
o Exposure to troubleshooting Siebel application, securing logs etc. is definitely required.
o Excellent communication skills + Interpersonal skills is essential
Position 3:
Role: Siebel Admin
o Have 5+ years of core Siebel technical hands on experience
o Extensive experience working in server setup and maintenance including Siebel web server, Siebel gateway, Siebel server, Siebel DB server
o Expert in implementing monitoring tools including design and developing solution in Siebel environment
o Ability to diagnose and debug issues in server related issues across environments
o Have good exposure to configuration management, dB maintenance and SQL server
