Job Title: IT Sr. Manager/ Project Manager with Salesforce Field Service Lightening (FSL)

Client Location: Chicago, Illinois

Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $115/Hr on C2C all inclusive

Travel: 25%

 

Skills: Salesforce Field Service Lightning - certification a plus

 

Job Description: 

  • The IT Senior Manager of Field & Inspections is responsible for the management of a major department, function, or geography within the Information Technology organization.
  • Focuses on IT development, IT technology and/or IT business systems analysis.
  • Develops and executes IT strategies in support of business capabilities.
  • Manages the development and establishment of department standards and procedures.
  • Directs and coordinates system analysis efforts to maintain and upgrade current systems.
  • Manages hardware, software, and/or enterprise related technology.
  • Lead and implement change on a global scale as the Field based organization goes through a 3 year journey to implement Salesforce Field Service Lightening (FSL) software, data architecture and process upgrades.
  • This effort will require a highly talented leader that can create the right roadmap to manage internal and external resources, navigate technical challenges and ensure delivery of the benefits associated with the program.
  • Be a key member of the leadership staffs for the Senior Director of Business Excellence and Senior Director and Business Leader for Project Synergy, giving you a critical voice for decision-making and success of the business’ most important programs.
  • Provides direction and assistance to complete analysis of systems, networks,enterprise technology, software, and/or other related IT technology projects and programs.
  • Monitors and coordinates the installation of new and enhanced systems with user departments.
  • Determines the appropriate staffing for assigned IT Services. Directs the selection and training of personnel within the limits of organization administrative policy
  • Responsible for Service Level Agreements or Operational Level Agreements for assigned IT Services.
  • Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and followed.
