Manage Ariba team structure o Working with Customer to maintain project timeline and adherence to schedule o Assisting in coordination, participation and availability of project resources o Providing key stakeholder coordination assistance o Monitoring and maintaining project plan o Preparing and participating in weekly project status meetings, risk and issues meetings o Providing issues escalation path and resolution o Assisting in coordination of configuration workshops o Assisting in managing communications to key stakeholders and key activity sign-off coordination o Planning interrelated deployment activities to avoid dependency-related obstacles o Monitoring for potential issues and risks so they are identified and promptly addressed
