Job Title : Project Manager/ Business Analyst
Location: Seattle, Washington
Duration: 2 months contract

Job Description:
Provide consultative, project management, and technical services to assist client in implementing ServiceNow’s ITBM software
· Review artifacts and familiarization with current data and processes
· Project planning in concert with client Project Manager
· Plan and conduct project kick-off and facilitate requirements workshops
· Document requirements and secure approval from key stakeholders
· Configure the Sandbox environment based on the requirements
· Build the forms and load data
· Facilitate testing in Sandbox and modify the configuration as needed
· Build the Production environment / clone Sandbox into Production
· Facilitate testing in Production modify the configuration as needed
· Prepare training materials and guidelines
· Provide training to the super users
· Provide post go-live support to monitor and stabilize the tool
· Submit weekly project status reports
