Job Title: Senior Dell EMC EHC Consultant

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Duration: 6 Months+

 

Description: Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Dell EMC Enterprise Hybrid Cloud (EHC) Consultant located in Pleasanton, CA or Phoenix, AZ. This position will be focused on designing and deploying a private/hybrid cloud environment, ensuring best practices, being hands on when necessary, and a successful implementation.

 

Requirements Are:

Seven or more years expertise in Cloud & Storage technologies, including VMware & Hyper–V virtualization, Flexpod, Vblock, NSX and Puppet.

Five plus years of EHC experience

Extensive experience with EHC toolset

Must be EHC certified

Extensive enterprise experience designing, deploying and troubleshooting enterprise-wide, complex cloud infrastructure solutions:

1. EHC environment

2. vRealize Suite

3. NSX experience

4. Load Balancer

5. DLR/ESG

6. Switching

 

Cloud architecture management and Orchestration integration

Performance and reliability services deployment based on enterprise requirements

Responsible for IaaS on Vblock environments and Day 2 Operations

Deploying blueprints with the plug-in and Puppet roles

Ruby coding for SQL, Oracle, WebLogic, etc. to do troubleshooting

Build, deployment and infrastructure automation

Configuration Management and automation using Puppet
