Job Description 

What you’ll do 

·  Proactively engage with the Product teams and key stakeholders to understand the ask and context 

·  Own the program lifecycle: drive scope/timeline discussion; drive milestones and deliverables across various workstreams; track, identify, and proactively manage program dependencies, risks and issues to ensure successful project implementation and rollout 

·  Be an agile coach and mentor: facilitate Scrum of Scrums ceremonies, participate in agile ceremonies as needed, ensure execution in alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices, and act as a trusted adviser to support and increase the team’s efficiency and productivity and ensure the right features are designed and delivered on time with the highest quality

 As a Quality Assurance Engineer for the Customer Success team, you will be an essential team member in ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality in the deployed solutions to meet the customer’s needs. Job Responsibilities

·         Develop test plans and thorough test cases to address use cases including functional product/feature testing and Release Management/Deployment tools functionality testing

We are part of the Enterprise Solution Services team within the Adobe Technology Services organization.
The Challenge

Adobe is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our Pricing Hub implementation. We are looking for someone with energy, and drive that can bring fresh ideas, high strategic level thinking, strong business engagement skills, and a focus on execution.

The role requires an individual with excellent project management abilities and a track record of delivering results. The candidate must have outstanding communications, bring attention to detail and possess a strong ability to influence. As a senior program manager, you will work closely with the product management, product engineering, and business operations teams to develop and drive the strategic roadmap for the program.

There will be a heavy focus on vision and socialization of the Pricing Hub initiative, dependency mapping, business and executive alignment, and the execution of standard methodologies to guide the product organization through various stages of the development life-cycle. The ideal candidate will be able to mentor teams as well as drive cross-functional projects and key operational processes in a fast-paced agile environment. This includes collaborating across all functions of the company, with peers, outside teams and executive staff.
