What you’ll do
· Proactively engage with the Product teams and key stakeholders to understand the ask and context
· Own the program lifecycle: drive scope/timeline discussion; drive milestones and deliverables across various workstreams; track, identify, and proactively manage program dependencies, risks and issues to ensure successful project implementation and rollout
· Be an agile coach and mentor: facilitate Scrum of Scrums ceremonies, participate in agile ceremonies as needed, ensure execution in alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices, and act as a trusted adviser to support and increase the team’s efficiency and productivity and ensure the right features are designed and delivered on time with the highest quality

Job Responsibilities
