Strong experience with Wordpress Administration. Experience working with business stakeholders, performing requirements gathering/analysis, and knows the WordPress administrative capabilities Ability to collaboratively work cross-functionally within a broader, integrated communications team and with a global mindset. Ability to quickly ramp on new technologies with a focus on the ability to communicate our key learnings. Effective persuasion and influence skills communicating with all levels, internally (within the company and the department) and externally. Must be highly organized, disciplined and detail-oriented. Operates with a high degree of professionalism and viewed as competent, credible, and knowledgeable. Ability to multi-task and handle conflict constructively, working a fast-paced environment across multiple organizations with multiple deadlines and high levels of complexity Proven presentation skills, including success with presentations that require condensing data, trends, and insights into meaningful recommendations. A self-starter able to work individually and in groups and possess strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
