POSITION:  Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Scranton, PA

Duration: 12 Months

Client: BCBS

Rate: $60/hr on C2C

Flight, Hotel, and Food Paid

Fridays Remote for Travellers

 

Position Description: 

Overview 
The Senior Systems/Business Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering/clarifying, documenting and communicating requirements for the development and implementation of an Operational Data Store (ODS), Data Lake, Data Marts and data integration services for a major initiative for the client

Must have Solid Medicare/Medicaid Experience.

Mandatory Skills 
· Demonstrated 10+ years’ experience with:

o        Enterprise-scale requirements gathering/validating/documenting

o        Systems and data analysis

o        Data integration and/or operational reporting requirements

o        Agile Scrum methodology

o        Participate in Sprint planning and Sprint review meetings

· Experience in Enrollment/Claims subject areas, including information requirements gathering

· Strong interpersonal skills with multiple audiences, which include:

o        client business and IT subject matter experts

o        client technical personnel

o        RCG account management

o        RCG technical team members

Additional/Desired Skills 
The ideal candidate will also have some/all of the following:

·Broad and deep knowledge of the Health Care industry vertical

· Experience in analytical reporting / EDW projects

· Experience in projects that used FACETS

· Knowledge of emerging concepts (e.g. Big Data/Data Lake)

MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND WRITING SKILLS.
