• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, preferably
Java / JEEE applications
• 3+ years in support of service Now
• 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team
• Advanced SQL debugging skills (fragmentation, indexing, SQL Plan review etc)
• Technical team management experience including offshore team members
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• ITIL certification and deep understanding of Incident / Problem / Change
Management a plus
