AWS/Azure and Pivotal Cloud Foundry in. NET stack
Cloud Native principles and techniques such as containers/Docker; Micro-services
PaaS/ Agile/ DevOps
Job Description:
Pivotal Cloud Foundry Architect responsible of migrating .NET legacy application to PCF
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Involve in migrating a .NET legacy application to PCF.
Converting legacy application architect to micro-based service using domain driven design model
Helps client to create or integrate with existing CI/CD pipeline.
Develop PaaS vision and strategy.
Architect and design enterprise grade PaaS solution using Pivotal Cloud Foundry
Provide expert technical leadership to customers and partners regarding all aspects of the PaaS and PCF
Maintain deep hands-on understanding and technical knowledge of PCF and applications infrastructure and architectures
Create POC’s to connect services in PCF.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or MS degree in Computer Science
10+ years of software development experience
Hands on experience on PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry)
Experience building distributed / service oriented / microservice-style and cloud based architectures
Hands on experience in ASP. NET, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, SOA, WebAPI
Hand on experience in AWS/Azure and Pivotal Cloud Foundry in. NET stack, exposure on migrating. NET apps to Cloud foundry
Agile practitioner, familiar with extreme programming, test driven development, pairing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and related techniques
Experience building and operating distributed, concurrent systems
Experience in developing domain driven design model
Experience of Cloud Native principles and techniques such as containers/Docker; Micro-services ;12 factor apps; test driven development; cloud platforms
Experience in developing cloud native strategies and solutions for client requirements, leveraging platforms and methodologies such as PaaS/ Agile/ DevOps etc.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
You are a great written and verbal communicator, capable of public speaking and presenting in front of customers, at user groups, etc.
Exposure to : RabbitMQ, Redis, MonogoDB, Casandra would be plus.
