Job Description :

Overall 8+ years of experience

· 6 to 8 years of experience in healthcare, performing role of Business Analyst/Functional Consultant. 

· Practical experience in gathering client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions 

· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing technical concepts to all audiences · Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and manage multiple task assignments in a cross-cultural team supporting different time zones 

Mandatory Skills - Strong Healthcare knowledge of Claims pricing 

- Strong BA Skillset and experience - Hands-on work experience in MS Access 

- Hands-on knowledge of SQL & Stored Procedures - Technical background 

- Excellent communication 

- Self-starter i.e requires min hand holding
