Job Title               : UI/UX Developer

Location               : Rolling Meadows, IL

Duration              : 12 Months Contract

Rate                      : $40/Hr on C2C/1099

All Visa including OPT fine!

Job Description:

·        Define and design user interfaces and user experience for software products in Process Automation group

·        Understand complex manufacturing environments

·        Design and develop UI screens and user interface flow for software products

·        Experience working with Microsoft and Linux/NodeJS stack

·        Understand customer requirements, overall architecture and key performance impact

·        Azure experience, including migration of on-prem applications to cloud enablement

·        Able to work in distributed teams (geographically)

·        Work closely with Product Managers and development leads to define User interfaces, wire diagrams, story lines etc

·        Document user flows and improve user experience

 

Education and Experience:

·        Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science or relate field

·        Previous Experience with MES software systems

·        8+ year experience with html, CSS, Java Script and UI frameworks

·        Experience working in Agile environment with focus on quality deliverables

·        Experience writing design and architecture documents

 

Key Competencies

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non-technical

·        Analytical problem solver with a track record of managing complex technical projects

·        Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and tools predominantly in Agile environment

·        Highly motivated with a desire to help end users and solve business issues

·        Able to juggle multiple projects to meet deliverables

·        Identify creative and effective solutions to customer needs
