Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Miami, FL

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

 

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years' experience in a Business Analyst capacity

Preferably 3 years experience working n Privileged Access Management, but will consider 1-2 years experience

Experience working on projects that require Identity Access Management tools and protocols

Ability to develop and validate business processes for Privilege Access Management Systems

Proven experience developing definitions for privileged access/accounts, privileged role definition and entitlement templates, use-case scenarios, logging and alerting requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop definitions for privileged access/accounts, privileged role definition and entitlement templates, use-case scenarios, logging and alerting requirements.

Assist the Privilege Account project team in translating the requirements into business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and technical specifications.

Support awareness and communication activities and adoption of PAM operating models across IT teams.

Assist in detailed PAM IAM metrics implementation and collection and generates reports for intended audiences.

Document current PAM Processes and conduct impact analysis from the 'As is' to 'To be' processes.

Develop end user documentation and training materials.

Perform account discovery and documentation.
