Role: MDM Consultant

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Cary, NC

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

Essential Skills

·         Worked extensively in Order Management OTC process specifically on Master Data, Basic functions, Pricing, Free Goods, Item Proposal, Material Determination, Cross Selling andEdi and Idoc Processing.

·         Experience in Master data Management. SAP Master Data Management Experience [Required - 4 years' experience]

·         Analyze data requests for redundancy, accuracy, and applicability to our business

·         Help the users understand how to complete the forms and what signatures are required

·         Provide business analysis, cross-functional expertise, compliance, and SAP master data knowledge to the organization. 6. Follow established master data create/change procedures and standards.

·         Lead the audit process to assure accuracy and integrity of master data

·         Should have excellent communication skills

·         Ability to work in a customer environment and work in coordination with a remote project team

·         Ability to build good training documentation

·         Analytical skills to build problem statements and come up with solution statements

·         Experience in managing tasks and deliverables related to an SAP implementation project in different phases

 

Desirable Functional Skills         

·         Manages teams with a focus on operational execution; short/medium-term operational/tactical responsibilities.

·         Often the first manager level with full responsibility for human resource planning, selection, development and performance management.

·         Management involves utilizing individual subject matter expertise. Supervises a team of employees in the execution of tasks for an assigned area of responsibility. Ensures coordination of appropriate work assignments for assigned area. Typically responsible for performance reviews for team members.
