Duration       :   6 months

Visa status   :   US Citizens,GC,EAD GC,H1B

Skills           :    Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE, formerly iWS) with experience in GVP, Microsoft .Net development experience is preferred, Genesys eServices experience is a plus

Job Description:

1)      Experienced with WDE Developer (Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition erstwhile IWS (Interaction Workspace. Experience customizing WDE using C#))

2)      C#, Prism, Genesys eServices, Genesys routing, Genesys SDK

3)      Configured tool for incoming call center environment

4)       Able to choose best option (OOTB, Customization) rather following either of one

5)      Experienced with GVP (Genesys Voice Portal)

6)      Experienced with eServices (email) – mandatory

Person should have hands on experience with above mentioned area rather than experienced on a Support/Admin role.
