Job Description:

Lead

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

• At least 4 years of experience in ATG (Commerce, Merchandising, Content Management, Commerce Service Center)

Preferred

• At least 5+ years of experience in Struts, Spring, Hibernate, etc. and J2EE technologies like JSP, Servlets, JMS, JMX, JDBC, JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic, Apache

• At least 5+ years of experience in software development life cycle.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

• At least 3+ years of experience in Design and architecture review.

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Experience to Retail domain

• Analytical skills

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

• At least 2 years of experience with ATG (Commerce, Merchandising, Content Management, Commerce Service Center)

Preferred

• At least 3+ years of experience in Struts, Spring, Hibernate, etc. and J2EE technologies like JSP, Servlets, JMS, JMX, JDBC, JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic, Apache

• At least 3+years of experience in software development life cycle.

• At least 3+years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.

• At least 3+years of experience in software development life cycle.

• Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.

• Technical Skills.

• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.

• Analytical skills

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

• At least 7 years of experience with ATG (Commerce, Merchandising, Content Management, Commerce Service Center)

Preferred

• At least 8 years of experience in Project Management and implementation.

• At least 8 years of experience in Struts, Spring, Hibernate, etc. and J2EE technologies like JSP, Servlets, JMS, JMX, JDBC, JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic, Apache

• Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principals

• Basic domain knowledge in Retail/ CPG/ Logistics

• Analytical skills

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Experience in managing e-commerce systems will be an added advantage

• Experience in performing estimation and budgets for projects

• Experience in facilitating business and technical sessions with customer

• Experience in managing customer relationships

• Experience in planning, tracking team (internal and external)

• Experience in agile methodology would be an added advantage

• Experience in anticipating customer needs and provide inputs for creating solutions

• Knowledge of Architecture principles, models, patterns and perspectives

• Knowledge of business process management to provide inputs for architecture

• Good industry knowledge – preferably retail supply chain, merchandising and multi-channel commerce

• In-depth knowledge of Project management principles and best practices

Architect

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

• At least 7 years of experience with ATG (Commerce, Merchandising, Content Management, Commerce Service Center)

Preferred

• At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks

• At least 7 years’ experience in Struts, Spring, Hibernate, etc. and J2EE technologies like JSP, Servlets, JMS, JMX, JDBC, JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic, Apache

• At least 5 years of experience in project execution

• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point

• Analytical skills

• At least 5 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

• Solutionize design, development and roll out of ATG based ecommerce solutions

• Performance Tuning of ATG Applications

• Evaluate and anticipate the impact of technical solutions on related projects

• Ability to think strategically and drive development strategies and tactics that produce faster turnaround on features and also world class performance
