Position: Oracle HRMS Advanced Benefits Functional Consultant

Location: Tullahoma, TN

Duration: 6+ Months

VISA: US Citizens Only

Rate: $Open/hr on C2C

No # Positions: 2

 

Description:

 

Human Resources Mgmt-ORACLE Benefits

 

Resource will be on the team to implement Oracle Benefits.  

 

Deliverables:

 

·         Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility

·         Participate in data conversion mapping and MD50 development for Fast Formula extensions

·         Perform hands on configuration/setup.

·         Provide best practice and industry specific solutions

·         Participate as a team member of the functional team

·         Perform other duties as assigned.

Human Resources Management, Oracle E-Business Suite Oracle Benefits Experience a must: 2+ Years

Human Resources Management, Oracle E-Business Suite Oracle Benefits Implementation and Business Process:  2+ Years

Have you implemented Oracle Benefits at least twice? MANDATORY

Has the resource lead the Oracle Benefits track at past clients? MANDATORY

Has the resource completed at least 2 full cycle implementations from Requirements Gathering to Go-Live? MANDATORY
