Position---2

Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Richfield, MN

Locals only (F2F) 8+ Years of Exp.

 

Job description:

·         5 or more years information architecture experience

·         Intermediate wireframing skills with tools such as Axure, Omnigraffle, Sketch, or equivalent software

·         Knowledge of user centered design, interaction design, information architecture, visual/graphic design and usability principles

·         Experience working with website, tablet, and mobile interfaces

·         Proven ability to formally present and articulate ideas effectively

·         Effective problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities

·         Be self-motivated with the ability to organize, prioritize, multi‐task and work independently

·         Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills

·         Basic understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript / Bootstrap / Responsive Design

·         Experience working in a variety of project methodologies; agile, waterfall, iterative

·         Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 accessibility design issues

·         Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills

·         Self-starter who remains current with web trends, usability and standards along with the tools and techniques for online experience development.

Position---3

Job Title: UI Developer

Location: Richfield, MN

Duration: 6+ Months

Locals only (F2F) 8+ Years of Exp.

 

Description Below:

At least 8+ years of relevant broad software engineering experience
BS/MS in computer science or engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
Experience with large-scale distributed systems and web oriented architectures
Developing apps using Node and JavaScript

 

REST clients and services

Test Driven Development and testing in general in a complex environment
Version control with GIT
Frontend technologies such as Angular or React
Unix (Linux) command line

Task runners such as Grunt or Gulp

 

Preferred Experience
Exposure to being a Technical Lead on a complex distributed systems project

Experience with Express, Webpack, and Mocha

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCE, etc.)

 

 

 

Position---4

Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Richfield, MN

Duration: 6+ Months

Locals only (F2F) 9+ Years of Exp.

 

 

Must Have Skills:

· At least ten years of relevant application software development experience

· Test-Driven Development

· Strong Spring knowledge

· Developing Spring/Java/Groovy/Maven applications 

· Experience with NoSQL Cassandra

· Experience with MQ(Rabbit/IBM/JMS/AMPQ)

· Experience in developing/consuming REST Services – Absolute Must 

· Object-oriented programming and experience with working knowledge of Design Patterns 

· Experience with emergent design and paired programming

· High comfort level with Unix/Linux command line

· Strong unit-testing skills (Junit/Spock in particular)

· Experience with large-scale distributed systems and client-server architectures

· Able to participate in the planning process: take high level design discussions and create user stories, then further break those stories into tasks.

Job Title: Ruby Developer

Location: Richfield, MN

·         Experienced Ruby Ninja - Writing ruby without the need of Rails or ActiveSupport dependencies.

·         5+ Years Professional Ruby Developer Experience or Equivalent Development Experience.

·         Strong Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

·         Strong Knowledge of MVC Architectural Patterns.

·         Strong Knowledge of working with and creating web services.

·         Strong Knowledge of Client / Server Communications

·         Strong Knowledge of Concurrent and Parallel programing concepts.

·         Experience with Automating one or more of the following: OpenStack, Openshift, AWS, or other Cloud Providers

·         Understanding of Deployment Automation concepts and patterns
