Position:        SAP HCM/HR Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION

Architect (exp 10 – 12 yrs)

·         Good understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting .

•         Good experience in Workflow, XI.

•         Good CONFIGURATION skills.

•         Ability to design and delivery HR data packs.

•         Extensive experience in management of SAP HR IT application systems development and maintenance.

•         ABAP coding and configuration experience.

•         Should be able to configure holiday bonus rules.

•         Strong cross-functional integration experience.

•         Excellent understanding of data migration concepts.

•         Excellent written & oral communication skills

•         Should be good at business interaction and gathering detailed requirements
