joblistnepal is a group where job seeker and employer get introduced.
This group is especially for Nepal. This group is community for easy
communication of job openings. This community is maintained by the
group members. The main driving concept of the community is today's
job seeker will be tomorrows job providers and today's job provider
may be tomorrows job seeker.

A definition of job in this group is any work with certain expected
outcome and meant to be completed in fixed amount of time with
expected budget. Position of the job can be temporary like contract
for few months or year or permanent full time.

Workflow of the group
-----------------------------
1) Job can be posted by any member of the group. That job can be for
his/her company or someone can post job of other company also if s/he
thinks job posting will benefit other group members. Post one job per
posting i.e. don't include multiple job in a single post.
2) Following items must be clearly stated in job posting:
2.1) Job position name on subject/title
2.2) Job description with expected skill set
2.3) Number of position open
2.4) Time period
2.5) Submission deadline date
2.6) Contact address for application submission or further inquiry
2.7) Source of job opening if brought from newspaper or other media
3) Job posting mail is delivered to all the members email box
according to their setting.
4) Interested group member with required skill set sends application
or further clarification query to the contact address. Don't forget to
mention the name of joblistnepal in their communication.
5) Further communication, hiring and other negosiations are done
between two parties on their own. The group is not responsible for it.
6) If there is deal then the group expect a thank you note from both
employer and employee on the respective thread. It is indication of
happy ending and boosts the morale of active participants of the
group.

Few things the group member can do to enrich the community value:

2) Mark spam posting or objectionable postings
3) Help post job opening posted in newspaper and other media
