TERMS & CONDITIONS
For services rendered in placing candidates in your esteemed
organisation, Our professional charges would be as per following for
each candidate for each level who joins the organization.
1) Jr. Executive / Engineer to Asst./ Deputy Manager - 8.33% of CTC
2) For Manager on above (like.GM, VP, CEO etc.) – 12.33% of CTC
Payment terms shall be 1 month from the recruit’s actual date of
joining. If our joined candidate/recruit leaves the organization
within 3 months of his date of joining, our organization will provide
a new recruit at no additional cost to your organization.
Taxes levied by competent authorities whether by local, state or
central government in this behalf would borne by the clients. At
present 10.30% as service tax is applicable on the services extended.
In case selecting a candidate outside of the state, To & fro-
traveling expenses would have to be provided by the clients after
attending the interview. (Depend on the Company norms)
We shall be entitled for professional charges, if candidate
presented by us are not selected in interview, but later called him/
her thru other means, within a stipulated period of one year and
recruited in the same group of companies.
Clients are requested to kindly intimate us about the outcome of the
interview in respect of candidate referred by us.
While forwarding our proposal, we sanguinely hope that it would be
found in according to your system and we will be approved to provide
the Services in designated area.
