Can I choose what is going to fill into field?

I dont know how to explain my idea.

Here is a example:

I have a form about my daily activities.

With each activity, I have a category of content to fill into the form. I want to setup many category for each activity, so I can choose what category  I want to fill into the form?

Hi Huu, currently the tool doesn't have a feature for users to select categories, but this is an interesting idea, I will add it in the next few months
