Error: "Could not load the setting" – Unable to Proceed with Popup (macOS + Firefox)

Description:

I'm facing an issue while trying to open a popup as part of a job application or form process. The following error message is shown:

"could not load the setting, please try to open the popup again or ask for help at https://groups.google.com/g/jobfill"

This appears to be blocking further progress.
Environment details:

• Browser: Firefox 

• OS: macOS

I've already tried refreshing the page and reopening the popup, but the issue persists.
Please advise on how to resolve this or if there is an alternate way to proceed.
