Could you share the link to the form where the "Fill the Form" button doesn't work?

I'm having the same issue. I have prefilled in the form and it has worked before.

Hi Alexis,

Could you go to the options page (Prefill info page), click "save", refresh the job website, then try to autofill again? Screenshot 2024-04-19 at 1.53.27 AM.png
