Position: Experience: RR ID: Number of positions Primary contact: Technical specialist / Senior Technical Specialist 5 to 10 years 18000008VM (Internal and External) 2 sreeniv...@nokia.com   Role: Technical specialist, an individual contributor and mentor. Ability to feel like a developer & engineer to achieve excellence. The technical specialist must bring together everything from software development environment and tools to the high and low level design to the open source components and services required for the product to function for all aspects of the OSS assurance system. The specialist must be technically strong and competent in the core frameworks used or to be used and need to be an expert programmer in that framework.   Responsibilities: The candidates must have 5 to 10 years of technically strong, proven individual contributor experience in product software development Must be hands-on with expert skills fulfilling the requirements following standard coding style, Javadoc, Junit, documentation while ensuring software service qualities such as performance, scalability, extensibility, modularity, maintainability, efficient and extensible from a technology perspective to achieve 99.999% quality and process compliance Must be experienced with all the phases of software engineering,  be exquisite attention to technical details and must be open to work in new requirements, defect fixes, enhancements, new POC development, documentation etc Must have good to deep working knowledge of software technologies and technology domain (OSS, telecom networks, assurance)   Hands-on skills: Java (core), J2EE (Servlets, EJB, JMS and related), CDI,  XML(XSL, XSLT, DTD, Schema)  GUI : Nodes.js, Angular.js , React, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, JSON Web Services: REST, SOAP, XML, WSDL Frameworks : Spring, Hibernate Middleware: JMS, Jboss Wildfly/EAP, ActiveMQ Databases : MySQL Build tools : maven Hands on experience : TDD/BDD using junit, design patterns, sql , Jboss application server Knowledge on IBM Tivoli Netcool, Impact,  Complex Event Processing, Ansible, Docker  could be added advantage Hands on experience with Perl script for Linux/Unix, Python, Shell scripting could be added advantage
