Skill Set Required / JD:

Experience in testing of Element and Network Management Systems in the field of Telecommunication [ a background of Optical Networks is preferred ]
Sound understanding of the Software Testing Life cycle, Agile methodologies
Experienced in automation [ preference to ReST based automation , Selenium etc ]
Experienced in using tools like J-meter etc
Has an experience of leading small to medium sized teams
Programming knowledge using Java
Key criteria is that the candidate can take up end to end ownership of executing the assigned tasks and provide regular updates
