DESCRIPTION:

North OC Consumer Products company is seeking to hire someone who has 2-3 years recent experience in the areas of Purchasing, Inventory, and Supply Chain experience. Responsibilities: Maintain shipping information, check for unshipped items, maintain new product information, maintain existing purchase orders, checking inventory, process samples, maintain and update reports, update estimated arrival date schedule, compiles and distributes daily product availability report, maintain and update sales data, issue po's for incoming product, price confirmation, consolidate shipping documents and issues invoices. More responsibilities not listed... Client is looking for this person to have the experience in the facilitating of purchasing of products, import/export experience, degree is preferred, but not required. Must be very organized, detailed, someone who is on the ball, takes initiative, quick to understand what they are being trained on, good note taking and comprehension skills.
