DESCRIPTION:
Office Coordinator position paying up to $38,000/year! Must be comfortable wearing many hats, helping in various areas within the company. Ability to multi-task a MUST! Duties will include, but not limited to: answering phones, front reception, typing, data entry, filing, assisting shipping and receiving. If you enjoy working for a small office with a family-type atmosphere and enjoys keeping busy with a variety of duties, this may be the job for you! You will be heavily assisting in shipping and receiving. Room for growth and upward mobility! Applicants MUST have experience and/or ability to use a typewriter without errors (ie, for triplicate, carbon copy forms)!!! General administrative and office duties. Please have a minimum of 3-5 years experience. Experience in online shipments (ie, FedEx online, etc) a HUGE plus!df-jb
