CALL CENTER SPECIALISTS WANTED International electronics company in Romeoville seeking Call Center Specialists to handle incoming calls regarding specific electronics products. Ideal candidates will be professional, self-starters, able to multi-task, be independent and be able to use problem solving skills to come up with the best solution for both the customer and the company. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years minimum of call center experience and proficiency in MS Word and Excel and must be flexible to work between the hours of 7AM - 7PM. We currently have two openings with regular shift hours from 10:30am to 7pm. Training for the first few weeks will be from 8:30am to 5pm. Pay rate: $15 an hour, 40 hours a week. *There are times, depending on workload, when overtime will be offered to those who are interested.
